What You Will Do
Calibration and Testing

Calibrate precision hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators

Verify accuracy using measurement standards and defined tolerances

Record and track calibration data for compliance and traceability
Repair and Maintenance

Diagnose and repair issues on precision measurement equipment
-
Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and part replacements
-
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble tools to restore performance
Equipment Exposure

Work with optical comparators, MicTrac systems, and other metrology tools
-
Assist with calibration of pressure and temperature equipment when needed

Gain hands-on experience across a broad range of inspection technologies
Quality and Compliance

Follow established procedures and quality standards

Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready documentation

Support fast, accurate turnaround of customer equipment
What You Bring

Experience working with precision hand tools or mechanical equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, indicators, or similar tools

Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances

Basic computer skills with PC and Windows systems
Nice to Have

Experience with metrology equipment such as optical comparators
